CVE-2026-4874
lowA flaw was found in Keycloak. An authenticated attacker can perform Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) by manipulating the `client_session_host` parameter during refresh token requests. This occurs when a Keycloak client is configured to use the `backchannel.logout.url` with the `application.session.host` placeholder. Successful exploitation allows the attacker to make HTTP requests from the Keycloak server’s network context, potentially probing internal networks or internal APIs, leading to information disclosure.

Attack Vector
Network
Attack Vector (AV:N): exploitable remotely over the network — most dangerous. no physical or adjacent access needed.
Attack Complexity
High
Attack Complexity (AC:H): exploitation requires specific conditions outside the attacker's control (race condition, non-default config, etc).
Privileges Required
Low
Privileges Required (PR:L): requires basic user-level access.
User Interaction
None
User Interaction (UI:N): no victim action needed. fully exploitable without user interaction.

Scope
Unchanged
Scope (S:U): impact limited to the vulnerable component.
Confidentiality
Low
Confidentiality (C:L): limited data exposure. some restricted information can be read.

Integrity (I:N): no integrity impact.
